Neeraj Magnani

Founder & CEO

Founder of FountLab Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Neeraj is a thought leader in the field of sustainable buildings with over 17 years of experience in the technology industry.

In 2019, Neeraj founded FountLab Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to create a customer-focused, market-driven company. He leveraged his technical expertise to design and manufacture innovative, high-quality GPS Telematics, Sensor Monitoring Devices, hardware, and software products and solutions for fleet management, asset tracking, vehicle tracking, sensor nodes, IoT, RFID, Industrial Automation. Since then, Neeraj has led the company through various stages of growth, from ideation to implementation.

Neeraj is a strong advocate for sustainable practices and has spoken at various conferences and events on the topic of sustainable buildings. He is also an active member of the technology community, regularly sharing his knowledge and insights with others.

With his technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for sustainability, Neeraj is a driving force behind FountLab’s mission to empower businesses to make informed decisions about their energy, water, and air quality consumption.

Manohar Reddy

Manohar Reddy

CTO

Manohar Reddy, is a tech-savvy automation architect with 14 years of experience in building enterprise-wide automation frameworks, infrastructure, tooling, and CI. Manohar is an expert in decoupling automation scripts from real and virtual systems at all stages of the development and automation processes, particularly in model-in-the-loop (MIL), software-in-the-loop (SIL), and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments.

With his strong technical skills, Manohar creates platform and vendor-agnostic system design and software architectures for a variety of automation platforms as well as integrations with other tooling. He has experience leading high-performing teams, managing OEM and external design partners and vendors, and advocating for and supporting engineers.

Manohar excels at building collaborations with other job functions like Product, Design, Software, and Quality, etc., and has expertise in creating and aligning roadmaps for enterprise-wide automation requirements in consultation with stakeholders. He formulates and implements strategies in line with organizational goals and operating constraints, creates processes and workflows to streamline project management and boost efficiency, adapts standards, and formulates custom standards where needed.

He fluidly switches roles between programmer, tester, technician, and manager as needs dictate, and holds a master’s degree in Embedded Systems. Additionally, he is a Certified Architect by National Instruments.

Vishal Shah

Vishal Shah

A highly skilled and experienced technology professional with over 12 years of expertise in cloud platforms, GPS telematics, sensor monitoring devices, energy monitoring and optimization, and hardware and software products and solutions for fleet management, asset tracking, vehicle tracking, sensor nodes, IoT, RFID, industrial automation, and air and water quality monitoring.

Vishal has worked on several cutting-edge projects and has a deep understanding of the latest technologies and industry trends. He is a strong communicator and collaborator, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

His work in telematics and sensor monitoring devices has helped companies optimize their operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Vishal’s knowledge in energy monitoring and optimization has enabled businesses to reduce their energy consumption and lower their carbon footprint, contributing to a more sustainable future. His experience in RFID, industrial automation, and air and water quality monitoring has helped companies improve their operations, increase productivity, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Vishal is a result-driven professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the industry, always looking for new ways to improve and enhance his skills.
